Please note that MateService reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason. MateService operates as a service for adults only, to become a member you must be at least 18 years old. Please do not attempt to register if you are under 18 years old.

As an adult, you are solely responsible for any information contained in your Profile and all of your communications with other MateService members.

By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions below:

You will not use MateService to post or transmit offensive materials including offensive language or sexually explicit materials (including photographs).

You will not harass others by continuing to attempt to communicate with someone who has clearly asked you to cease communications.

MateService reserves the right to suspend any member who violates these rules. In the case of Profiles, MateService may hide the Profile if it is judged offensive until the offensive portion is amended.

Members will not include identifying information such as their real name, phone number, e-mail address, ICQ number, home address or any contact information in their Profile.

MateService is not responsible for any information or materials posted or transmitted via the service.

The terms are subject to change at any time.

This agreement outlines behaviour that is unacceptable on the service, but MateService is not responsible for ensuring that members follow this agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Under no circumstances will MateService be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of the MateService service. In addition, MateService disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users.
